2.Distributed Control System (DCS)
DCS is an integrated package solution of industrial process automation. This system consists of PC software, Dedicated Controller, Control Panel, Signal Converters & Mimic Panel. In DCS a pre-defined set of processes (Recipe) can be stored on PC software which further downloaded to our PPC to further control the processes. Running Process can be seen on Mimic Panel (HMI) and also on a PC. Huge data can be stored in a PC Hard Disc & number of MIS reports can be generated as per customers need.

3.Data Loggers System
We are capable of producing all types of Data Loggers as per the need on an industry. We provide 4, 8, 16 channel stand alone units as well as 32, 64, 128 channel Distributed Data Logger Systems.

oCalibration done from PC Software
oLogging interval from 1 second to 1 hour & print interval selectable in multiple of logging intervals.

Portable Data Loggers
We have developed a battery operated Portable Data Logger which is very useful for Pharmaceutical, Chemicals companies, R&D centers or Laboratories and also for exporters to keep track of data regarding temperature & humidity during transshipment.

We manufacture Seven Segment as well as Dot Matrix LED display boards along with PC software & also customized software as per the need of the customer.
Applications
These displays are required in the foundries where values of composition of an alloy from the Spectrometer are to be displayed to the shop floor.
We can also offer a complete display system for an assembly unit of a company including PC software and display boards.
