Brief Introduction
Beijing GK Laser Technology Co. Ltd. (GK laser) is a high-tech enterprise under the holding of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). It was founded in May 2002 and is located in Haidian district in the north of Beijing. GK laser has a group of high-qualify talents, owing to its sharing the great background and abundant resources of optical technology from the Academy of Opto-Electronics, CAS. At present, GK laser has a staff of 60, including 3 tutors of Ph. D., 2 tutors of master, 6 professors, 7 doctors in optical field, 5 masters, and 1 post doctor.
GK laser is a manufacturer specialized in advanced solid state laser and its applied system, and passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification in October 2004. It has ... more than 80 claimed and authorized patents, and has been undertaking about 10 key projects for national 863 program and programs of Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and other joint scientific research projects, and offers laser products for the project of nuclear fusion for national Shenguang III program. The Diode Pump Solid State Laser products, manufactured by GK laser, are generally accepted brand-name products in China and have been selling out near 1000 since they were on the market. GK laser has filled gaps in the field of China, since a series of high index complicated lasers were successfully developed, such as picosecond laser, wavelength tunable laser and Pulse width modulation laser.
The main products of GK laser: GKPM 40W～150W diode pumped laser module; Amber I diode end-pumped solid laser (1064nm532nm); GKD laser power supply; 1~2J lamp pumped pulsed laser.
The technological development services of GK laser: ceramics slicing, silicon chip, solar film cells, laser processing equipments for special precision marking, and picosecond lasers for teaching and researching, and so on.
