Application

ZH01 is an audioable alarm panel for use in industrial applications
to inform the operator by the alarms occurring in different places
on the site by means of an acoustic and a visual means. If an
alarm occurs and goes out after that, it has been latched at a corresponding
(LED Indicator) until the operator resets it .if the indicator stays lit, it
means that the alarm itself stills hold.

Features

Available for receiving 30 Alarms max.
Acoustic alarm is available as 220Vac Siren.
Visual indicators are available as 30 LEDs (targets) for each alarm.
Silencer is available as NC pushbutton on the panel front for Siren silent.
Acknowledge is available as NC pushbutton and ACK lamp on the panel front to enable the next operation of the Siren.
Programmable alarm status logic
Individual alarm reset and general reset are available.

LCD-KEYPAD module is available for handling most device operations.

About LCD-KEYPAD module

(a)The main page appearing on the LCD shows the system time , date
and new alarms number which hasnt been accessed, date and time
can be set via keypad.
(b)The pages can be scrolled by PAGGERE key.
(c)The second page shows the current blowing alarms ,if there are no alarms
the display shows NO ALARMS, else the display shows alarms ordered in
ascending order, each alarm is associated by its data such as its name, instant
when occurred (time and date) and the alarm counter content (occurrence number)
.the alarms can be accessed in this page by UP and DN keys, if you are at distinct
alarm you can reset it individually by OK/RESET key.
(d) The third page shows data about all alarms, the alarms can be accessed
in this page by UP and DN keys.
(e)The forth page is the counters history, this page shows date and time since
last trends creation.
(f) The fifth page shows data about the manufacturer.




Start up procedures

The installation of HZ01 is too easy, referring to installation manual and
referring to the plant design we can decide the alarm status logic .follow
the following instructions to startup HZ01 successfully:-
(1)Check the supply voltage; it has to be 220v /- 20%.
(2)Check all wires coming from the local field, all must be free.
(3)Switch F1 on. The LCD shows welcome note then the device enters the
Setup mode automatically.
(4)The device asks about date and time ,refer to operation manual.
(5)After setting date and time ,the device asks about the alarm status logic
.referring to the plant design, if the alarm contact is normally open and
When the alarm blows it goes to close then program the alarm status logic
To 0, else program to 1.
(6)For first use of HZ01 ,the device will create a new trends history and goes
to all alarm counters and resets them. While this occurring the display shows
Initialization.
(7)After initialization ,the device enters the normal operation mode and the display
shows the main page, the device now is ready for receiving alarms.
(8)Simple verification and commissioning can be made by blowing any alarm, record
time and date .you can check the following:-

Alarm Holding: release alarm trigger and observe LED target, it must remain light.
Siren action: the acoustic alarm produced just alarm blows.
Silencer operation: press silencer pb on the panel front, the siren must go out.
Acknowledge operation: before pressing on ACK pb, blow another alarm after silencing siren ,the siren must not operates .press ACK pb and blow anther alarm the siren must operate.
Main page : observe seconds ,time must run .and observe (new alarms) on the main page The number of new alarms must equal to the alarms blowing.
Second page: Access the alarms blowing ,the alarm number must match its corresponding target led. Alarm counter must contain 1 last blowing time and date of the alarm must be corresponding to the instant recorded.
Third page: access all alarms .data must be reasonable.
Counters history: access the history .it must be the same as the trends created.
General reset key: press on it, all alarms must be reset immediately (for only no trigger).
Lamp test: :press on it, all LEDs must light immediately
Non volatile memory : turn power off then turn on ,you can access data about
each alarm .all data must be OK


Operation Manual

Setting mode entry

Press UP and DN keys together and turn power off before the minute rolls.
Then turn power on, the device will enter the setting mode.


Setting Entry

Date, time and alarm status logic can be set to any values, the device doesnt
accept non reasonable value. Just entering the setting mode the user follows
the instructions shown on the display .UP and DN keys are used to change the value.
the save will not be done until pressing on OK key


New history creation

When the device has to be transported to a new field or for other reasons, the
Alarm counters may be reset and new history is created. Press on UP and DN
Keys together for continuous 15 sec, the device must create a new trends history and goes to all alarm counters and resets them. While this occurring the display shows
Erasing Trends .After job the display shows Trends Erased

Lamp Test

Press LAMP TEST key on the keypad. All lamps must be lit immediately

General Reset

Press GENERAL RESET key on the keypad, the reset for non triggered alarms
will be immediately

Individual Reset

To reset distinct alarm individually, scroll to this alarm in the alarms page
(Second page) then pres OK/RESET key .the alarm target should go out if it is not
triggered
