Our services are: -
1. We provide detail project report - financial projections, feasibility study report, market survey and other necessary documents required for project appraisal by financial institutions and Government agencies.
2. We tie up with the Financial Institutions, Banks and other lending organizations both, from inside and from out side the country for funding the financial requirements of the project.
3. We provide the marketing data for the projects/products and tie up with the buyers both, in the domestic and international markets.
4. We provide our services on Turn Key and Built Operate and Transfer basis also. And arrange technology transfers.
5. We identify the land/sites and the owners for the purchase of the same for the projects.
6. We identify the contractors for construction of civil, electrical power supply, sanitary/water supply and land escaping works and find out the suppliers of the items/materials required to be procured for these works of the project.
7. We obtain required approvals and licenses from Electric departments, city corporations and other designated agencies for carrying out the works of the project
8. We design and provide details for the Air Conditioning of the building accommodation and identify contractors and suppliers of Air Conditioning Equipments. And we provide design and other details for the general utilities required for the project and identify the contractors and suppliers these items.
9. We design and provide details for the interiors and furnishing of the building accommodation and identify contractors and suppliers of various items required for these works.
10. We provide the specifications required for the networking of the working facilities required for undertaking the Information Technology related works, including LAN and WAN and PSDN, end to end connectivity. We identify contractors and suppliers for these works.
11. We obtain the required approvals and licenses required for establishing these facilities from Government and other designated agencies.
Financial limit of the project: -
We take up the assignment of the projects, with a capital investment of a minimum of USD 5.00 Million or its equitant amount in other currencies.
